Inconsiderate, incompetent, rude and suspicious. Do not buy from this company. Shipping took way longer than expected. Could not get a tracking number at all. Products are cheap. Customer service is non existent. They just repeat the same thing never giving you real answers and ignore what you say. I also received a notification while on their online chat that they were trying to access other devices on my local network! I think the whole site is a scam and no one should trust them.
I’ve been trying to return it for two days now’s and I don’t get a reply on how to do the return. Very frustrating very unprofessional
