Refund and Exchange Policy
At fairwhalewatch, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help.
We offer a 12 months warranty on all products, starting from the delivery date.

Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available within 90 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges. Customers must contact our support team before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and not eligible for a refund. Once you contact us, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. A deduction of 10% of the order price (original shipping cost) will apply to refunds.
Condition of the Item: To qualify for a refund, the product must be in unopened, factory-sealed condition, showing zero signs of environmental exposure or handling. All integral components, including holographic security seals, serialized hang-tags, and internal protective films, must remain permanently affixed in their original positions. Returns will be rejected if the original packaging exhibits any structural compromise, such as creases, adhesive residue, or blunted corners.
Change of Mind & Subjective Dissatisfaction Policy: Refund requests predicated on a change of mind, "buyer’s remorse," or subjective aesthetic preference are strictly categorized as ineligible once the product’s primary tamper-evident seal has been breached. By transitioning the item from its factory-shipped state, the consumer acknowledges a final-sale commitment. Furthermore, any notification of a change of mind submitted beyond the mandatory 24-hour post-delivery window will be summarily denied, as the item is then legally classified as "used" regardless of its physical appearance.
Missing Items: Refunds will not be issued for "missing items" unless they were listed as included in the product description.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process may take up to 7 business days after the item arrives at our return center.
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Defective Items
If your item is defective and stops working within the 12 months warranty period, please send a photo or video of the defect to support@fairwhalewatch.com. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
If no photo or video is provided, refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:
- Unopened Items: 100% refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Opened Items (used or unused): 80% refund due to restocking costs (excluding shipping costs).
Delivered Orders & Package Safety
Once your order is marked as 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 by the courier and delivery confirmation is available (including tracking updates, delivery timestamp, GPS confirmation, or photo proof), the shipment is considered successfully completed.

We completely understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely, and we’re always here to help you avoid any issues. On the day of delivery, you will receive an “Out for Delivery” notification.

If you are not available, we kindly suggest:
Arranging for a trusted person (family member, neighbor, or concierge) to receive the package.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: While we will always do our best to guide and support you, any claims regarding missing or stolen packages after confirmed delivery must be handled directly with the courier or local authorities.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
Reshipment: If an incorrect address was provided, we can reship your order for an additional shipping fee.
Refund: If the product is returned to us, the original shipping fee (10% of the order price) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process exchanges within 90 days of delivery.
- Exchange Process: Customers must send back the original product. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement product within 7 days.
- Condition of the Returned Item: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Exchange Fee: No additional fee will be applied unless the exchange is due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, in which case standard shipping fees apply.
- Fee Waiver: If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), no shipping fee will be charged.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank for additional details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue
and make it right
Chargebacks & Disputes
We’re always happy to assist you and resolve any issue directly. However, please note the following:

Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks after receiving their order may be permanently banned from future purchases.

If fraud is suspected, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the dispute’s outcome.
