What’s the difference between Steel and Leather?
The Steel edition has a metal-link bracelet and a 42 mm-wide case, in Rose Gold or Emerald. The Leather edition pairs the rose-gold case (listed in the 40–44 mm range) with a Black or Dark Brown leather strap. Both straps are 22 mm wide.
Can I change my edition before checkout?
Yes. Switch strap and finish in Your Roulette. Your move. as often as you like. If one is already in your cart, remove it there and add the one you prefer before you pay.
Are the optional gifts included automatically?
Yes. The free gifts are ticked by default and go into your cart with the watch, at no cost; untick any you don’t want. The watch box is a paid extra and is only added if you tick it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 working day. Delivery averages 7–10 working days in the US and UK, or 6–15 working days internationally. Standard shipping is free.
What is your return policy?
90-day returns on unopened, factory-sealed watches, in their original packaging. Contact support before sending one back.
Does the watch include a warranty?
Yes: a 12-month manufacturer warranty from purchase. Normal wear, the strap or bracelet, the crystal and the battery are excluded.
